Reported directly to the Founder throughout, serving simultaneously as Head of Operations, Chief of Staff, and Executive Office Manager across all three business entities.

Reason for Transition

Following nine years of building and scaling a multi-site operational infrastructure from the ground up, a deliberate decision was made to return to a remote-first working environment — which represents the majority of Ameera's earlier career and the environment in which she performs at her highest level. A structured three-month handover was completed with her successor prior to departure. Available for new remote employment immediately.
