Bridging fiat and crypto for the world's next million users — high-trust, high-impact, at the intersection of Web3, product, and executive operations.
Built and managed complex operational systems at global scale — SADC & ECOWAS regions, multi-currency contract negotiations, executive office management, and multi-million-rand P&L ownership across three simultaneous entities.
Recruited 900+ engineering graduates, built HR infrastructure from scratch for government institutions, ran executive offices as Chief of Staff, and coordinated cross-functional teams across multinational environments.
Designing AI-native management frameworks, competing in global AI startup competitions, built EdTech AI — an EdTech & AI venture focused on operational systems, not theoretical ones.
AI systems only become valuable when they solve real operational problems. My background demonstrates that I can translate frontier technology into working systems — not just talk about it.
Founders operate under extreme pressure — balancing product, team, fundraising, strategy, and market uncertainty simultaneously. The role of a Founder Associate is to increase founder leverage.
My goal: help founders focus on their highest-value decisions.
Organisations fail when work exists only as isolated tasks. I build the systems first — then the tasks take care of themselves.
Complexity is the enemy of execution. My role is always to reduce complexity into clear processes and actionable steps — especially under pressure.
Inspired by Mo Gawdat on AI's transformational force and Simon Sinek on purpose-driven leadership — I operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and execution.
Web3's Founder Associate role requires converting high-level CEO direction into structured plans. I've done exactly this as Chief of Staff to Founder — managing board reporting, compliance audits, and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
↳ Diesel Depot Management · Oil & Diesel Tanker Logistics · Manganese Mining — CEO-level strategy to daily execution across three entities, 2016–2025Produced board-level presentations, P&L oversight, and financial forecasting across three entities. At Ericsson, managed purchase orders for 300+ global resources in SAP BW across NGN, ZAR, EUR and USD simultaneously.
↳ Full P&L ownership: Diesel Depot, Tanker Logistics & Manganese Mining · Ericsson: 300+ POs in SAP BWWeb3 sits at the intersection of fiat and crypto — building the infrastructure that makes Web3 accessible. KYC/AML compliance, payment rails, regulated financial flows. I have operated in regulated, multi-currency, compliance-heavy environments my entire career. I do not need a briefing on why regulated infrastructure is hard.

Built and staffed a 100-seat call centre for Coca-Cola SA recruiting employees with disabilities, personally designing workspaces adapted to each individual's needs.
↳ Coca-Cola SA Warehouse · 100-seat inclusive call centre · 2010–2011Over 12 years of continuous remote and distributed work, long before it became standard. Managing international teams across multiple time zones and delivering executive-level output without a shared office has been my default operating mode.
↳ Remote-native across Ericsson SADC & ECOWAS, IBM Sandton, and beyond · 2013–presentCoordinated boards, investors, EXCO, domain managers, global suppliers, and 100+ direct reports simultaneously. From university career counselors at Toyota to global telecom executives at Ericsson — trust-building is my core competency.
↳ IBM: 101-person international account · Kelly Group · Ericsson: 5-country supplier networkEdTech & AI adoption venture for real operational environments. Built AI-driven productivity systems, workflow automation tools, and operational intelligence platforms that bridged the gap between frontier AI capability and real organisational implementation.
Active participation across globally recognised, neutral AI and Web3 platforms: SuperAI Startup Competition Singapore, Genesis AI Singapore, and the Dubai 1 Billion Followers Summit (AmyAi). Each submission tested real AI frameworks in real-world operational environments.
AI-powered platform for educational operations and student lifecycle management. Built end-to-end product concept from operational requirements to technical architecture, with AI-assisted workflows for administrative operations and scalable infrastructure design.
I have addressed my AI competition entries, exploratory ventures, and what it means to have stood inside the founder experience — directly and in full. This deserves its own page.

I built my knowledge layer by layer — from systems programming to global operations to AI-powered systems — the same way the best AI models are trained: iteratively, on real-world data, with feedback loops at every stage."— My approach to lifelong learning
The analytical, multi-disciplinary base that taught me to think across domains.
I understood systems logic and data structures before most people had heard of the internet. That mental model is exactly how I design AI workflows today.
In today's language: Founder's Office operations and Chief of Staff methodology. I was doing this before those job titles existed.
Enterprise-grade and systems-level programming foundations.
The roots of the financial analysis and P&L management I deliver at executive level today.
Directly relevant to Web3's fiat-to-crypto compliance environment and regulated financial infrastructure.
Labour law · Disciplinary frameworks · People management. The compliance backbone that protects fast-moving organisations from costly people-risk.
"Begin with the end in mind" maps directly to how I design agentic workflows — outcome-first, then architect the system.
Applied to 900+ graduate placements at Toyota and 585 resources at Ericsson.
CRM isn't software — it's a system of trust. Built across boards, investors, suppliers, and 100-person accounts.
Most AI operators today are learning to prompt. I spent years learning to programme. The difference: I understand what's happening inside the system — not just how to talk to it.
In Web3 and digital infrastructure environments, operational security is not only a technical discipline — it is a cultural one. The industry has learned through hard experience that many critical vulnerabilities do not originate from code alone, but from human exposure and social engineering risks.
My approach to professional visibility reflects this understanding: measured, intentional, and security-aware. I do not broadcast project details, minimise unnecessary exposure, and maintain disciplined information sharing as a professional standard — consistent with the cypherpunk tradition of privacy, cryptographic trust, and responsible stewardship of digital systems that built Web3.
Thoughtful, measured engagement. What I share is intentional and strategic — not reactive.
Sensitive project details stay protected. No unnecessary exposure of innovation, IP, or team operations.
Low public footprint. High operational output. Protecting project integrity and founder trust.
Privacy, cryptographic trust, and responsible stewardship — the foundational ethos that built Web3.
EdTech AI was an EdTech & AI research and capability-building environment — not a competing commercial venture. This initiative allowed me to refine AI-assisted operational workflows and build practical AI literacy that directly supports my work as a Founder Associate.
A low-visibility public footprint is not a gap in engagement — it is evidence of maturity, discretion, and strategist-grade operational thinking. The same discipline that protects digital infrastructure protects the trust a Founder Associate must earn and keep. Full background verification available on request.
This is a 9-month contract. There is no time for a slow start. By end of week one I am already removing friction. By end of month one I am operating as if I have been here for six.
Because you won't find another candidate who has done all three things she has done — simultaneously, at scale, and with receipts.
Solutions/AutomationsThere are two kinds of people who work with founders. The first kind are skilled professionals who learn the founder’s world — they adapt to the pace, they develop tolerance for ambiguity, they get comfortable with context-switching. They are valuable. They are common.
The second kind arrived already wired that way — because they built something themselves, because they have sat in the chair where the decision has no precedent and the answer has no template, because they have personally experienced what it costs to have the wrong person in the room when the stakes are real.
Ameera is the second kind. She co-founded Lamptech Lighting CC in her mid-twenties and ran it as Managing Partner for five years — full commercial ownership, no safety net. She built EdTech AI, an EdTech & AI adoption platform that competed in the Singapore AI competition, Genesis AI, and the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai. She did not study the entrepreneurial journey. She lived it.
Her nine-year tenure as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Diesel & Oils Tanker Transport is the clearest demonstration of this. She did not inherit an operation. She walked into a single transport business with a filling station and no systems, no compliance infrastructure, no performance frameworks, and no operational architecture of any kind — and she built everything.
She designed and implemented Invesstock Managed Solutions — a proprietary operational management system she engineered from scratch to integrate and run three business entities within a single framework, with no external consultant, no off-the-shelf product, and no precedent to follow.
Founders think in parallel across product, people, capital, customers, and culture — simultaneously, at speed, under pressure. Most operators can hold one or two of those threads reliably. Ameera has held all of them at once, for nine years, across three business entities, without dropping a single thread. At Ericsson she managed 585 resources across two African regions, negotiating multi-currency contracts in NGN, ZAR, EUR, and USD with global suppliers across Nigeria, DRC, UK, Sweden, and Benin — all remotely, all simultaneously. She doesn't compartmentalise. She integrates.
The gap that breaks most early-stage companies is not vision. It is the distance between what the founder sees and what the organisation can actually do. Bridging that gap requires someone who can listen to ambiguous, high-level intent and translate it into structured plans, clear accountabilities, measurable milestones, and operational systems that run without the founder in the room. This is Ameera's primary function.
Founders at the early and growth stage don't need people who can operate a machine someone else built. They need people who can build the machine while simultaneously running the business that depends on it working. At Toyota, she built the graduate recruitment portal from concept to live deployment. At the Gauteng Provincial Legislature, she built the entire recruitment infrastructure from scratch. At Diesel & Oils, she built Invesstock Managed Solutions while managing that same operation daily. She is a builder who operates.
Every founder eventually reaches the point where the most important work they need done is also the most sensitive — commercially, legally, personally. At Diesel & Oils, Ameera was the founder's sole trusted authority across legal documentation, CCMA proceedings, insurance investigations, commercially sensitive dispute management, and executive-level confidentiality — independently, with complete discretion, for nine years. That level of trust is not granted. It is earned.
While applying for this position, Ameera is simultaneously conducting deep research and hands-on exploration across the AI and EdTech frontier — the exact domain where Web3 founders are operating today. Her current work includes:
Exploring advanced prompt engineering techniques, vibe-based AI interaction patterns, and the emerging frontier of AI-native development workflows. This is not theoretical — she is building production systems that demonstrate how AI can accelerate operational execution at founder speed.
Active exploration of Web3 infrastructure, smart contract integration patterns, and blockchain-native operational workflows. She is learning the technical and economic models that define Web3 companies from the inside — not as a candidate preparing for an interview, but as a builder genuinely invested in the ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with Nemo Claw, Claude Code, and emerging AI-native development platforms. She is not studying these tools — she is using them to build landing pages, automation projects, and operational systems that demonstrate how AI can become the default layer in founder operations.
Active integration work with Supabase and Firebase — the exact backend infrastructure that Web3 and EdTech companies use to scale. She understands not just the operational layer, but the technical foundation that supports it.
Why this matters to any founder hiring her:
Most candidates arrive with a resume. Ameera arrives with active, hands-on experience in the exact technologies and workflows you are building on. She is not learning on your time — she has already invested her own time in understanding the frontier. She brings not just operational excellence, but genuine fluency in the AI and Web3 ecosystem. She is not an assistant who will learn your business. She is a strategist who already speaks your language.
This is the difference between hiring someone who can do the job and hiring someone who is already building the future you are creating.
Ameera brings all three. But there is a fourth dimension that separates her from every other candidate in this field — and it is the one most relevant to any founder operating at the AI and Web3 frontier:
She is a native systems thinker.
Her education began not with business or management, but with Computer Science — COBOL, C, C++, UNIX, Pascal, Linux. She understood logic, process flow, data structures, and systems architecture before she understood organisational behaviour. That mental model — inputs, constraints, processes, outputs, failure modes — is precisely how she designs operational infrastructure, AI workflows, and compliance systems today.
Most operators understand organisations as collections of people and tasks. Ameera understands them as systems — which means she can see the failure point before it manifests, design the intervention before the problem escalates, and build the architecture that makes the whole thing resilient rather than dependent on any single person. Including herself.
"The founder's job is to think clearly about the future. Everything that prevents that is her problem to solve."
She absorbs operational complexity so founders can move at the speed their vision requires. She builds systems that reduce founder dependency rather than increasing it. She is not in the business of being needed. She is in the business of making things work.
Ameera is a strategist and operator with twenty-five years of execution across global logistics, enterprise technology, government, and the AI and Web3 frontier. She has built three businesses, run a 200-unit fleet operation across three business entities, managed 585 global resources, placed over a thousand people, developed proprietary operational systems from scratch, and is actively competing on the global AI startup stage while applying for this role.
She works with founders by becoming the operational authority they need to stop thinking about — so they can focus entirely on the things only they can do.
